Have you recently hit the wall with your kitchen? It’s too old or too ugly, and you just simply need to do something about it? A local family was in the same boat, and knew they had to make a change.
“Decided to remodel our 40 year old kitchen for a fairly obvious reason – it was a 40 year old kitchen.”
“Chose Cabinet Discounters after researching cabinet quality on-line: first read Consumer Reports, that had a blog attached, that mentioned a company in Pennsylvania that compares & ranks hundreds of cabinets on a yearly basis, & their list rated Brighton cabinets extremely high quality and very well priced.”
Knowing that they wanted Brighton cabinets in their home, the customers turned to Cabinet Discounters and visited our Gaithersburg showroom. Once inside, they met with designer Kim O’Connor. They were very impressed with Kim’s vast knowledge of kitchen design and were also quite pleased with the service they received all around our company.
“Kim is fabulous. She really knows her craft from every level due to her years of experience. She is respectful of the buyers’ wishes at the same time that she offers her suggestions. All of the workers & suppliers were excellent. The ‘Base Camp’ website that Cabinet Discounters has set up works really well for communication.”
Working along with Kim, the family selected their preferred Brighton Cabinetry for their kitchen with Homeland Raised door style and Maple Harvest stain. The countertops are Typhoon Bordeaux granite. The backsplash is Gazzini Tile Move 3″x6″ in Beige. The family has been able to use their new space for plenty of entertaining, and their new open floor plan makes life much easier.
“We still use our space as a traditional kitchen and entertain in the adjacent family room. We like the more open feeling between the kitchen and family room, now that there is no separating wall. I’ll turn on music in the family room and feel like I’m in a concert hall as the acoustics are so much better with the large, open space.”
“We are thrilled with the outcome. A neighbor who saw our kitchen recently decided to use Cabinet Discounters as well. We recommend Cabinet Discounters enthusiastically. Kim O’Connor, in particular, is top-notch in every way.”
