While most of our kitchen stories begin with the customer needing to refresh their old space, this one is a bit different. This customer had a new home built, and needed a new kitchen designed for their new space. With a blank slate with which to work and the ability to create exactly what the customers wanted, our design team went to work to give the family exactly what they wanted: a new kitchen that is functional, spacious, and has all of the modern amenities they wanted.
The family decided to work with Cabinet Discounters because their neighbors had previously worked out of our Annapolis, MD showroom on their newly constructed home as well. Their neighbors worked with designer Meg O’Neill, and so these customers worked with her too.

Once inside our Annapolis location, they talked with Meg about what they wanted in their new kitchen, and picked out materials and colors that they liked. Meg listened to their desires and came up with a plan that functions beautifully within their new space. They were very pleased with Meg’s experience and extensive knowledge in kitchen design.

Now that they have a new kitchen in their new home, the family has been hosting gatherings of family and friends, and everyone who enters their home is impressed with their kitchen. They have found that the island is the main gathering spot in their kitchen, and has become their new desired location to spend time in their space.
“Our main focal point is the kitchen; we use it all the time. We have had many parties here and enjoy it very much. The large island is our favorite part. We had an amazing experience!”
