Does your master bathroom have wasted space? Maybe it’s not functional, doesn’t have enough storage, or maybe has certain aspects which you simply don’t use. If this is something that you can relate to in your home, then it may be time to change something. A local family was having a similar issue with their bathroom and knew it was time for an update.
“Master bath was aging as it was original that was close to 20 years old and was ready to renovate. We wanted to enhance the bathroom’s functionality and aesthetics by introducing a walk-in shower, remove the jacuzzi tub that was never used and separate each sink into a his and hers to give more storage and counter space.”
Having worked with Cabinet Discounters on a previous kitchen remodel at the advisement of their contractor Talon Construction, the family knew that we would be able to help with their bathroom project as well.
“Our general contractor (Talon Construction) has a long-time relationship with Cabinet Discounters. We also knew of the business as we know the owners from our community so it was a natural fit to use Cabinet Discounters.”
Just like on their previous project, the family worked with designer Bill Putiri from our Mt. Airy showroom. They were extremely happy with Bill’s knowledge and expertise when it came to the cabinetry. In addition, they also were pleased with the professionalism displayed by our delivery team.
“Everyone at Cabinet Discounters is great to work with. Bill was extremely knowledgeable on cabinet options for our projects and was very good at taking us around the showroom to show us the “finer details” of choices in cabinet quality and price. The delivery team was always professional. Mostly that was coordinated through our general contractor Talon, but all delivery staff were respectful of our home when onsite.”
Working along with Bill, the family selected Homecrest Cabinetry with Bexley Maple door style and Alpine Opaque color. The countertops are Blue Fantasy granite.
“Couldn’t be happier! With two major renovation projects in kitchen/main level and master bath and bedroom, any number of things could go wrong. Designs could not meet expectations, quality of work could be problematic, issues could arise with current structural footprints that could impact installation. None of these happened in either of our projects. Our cabinet design (both in layout design support from Talon as well as specific cabinet configurations with help from Bill), exceeds our expectations.”
The new master bath provides the family with everything they had been hoping for. There is more countertop space, more storage space, and no more wasted space like there previously was with the unused jacuzzi tub. The family is overjoyed with how everything turned out.
“We were thoroughly impressed with all aspects of getting our kitchen (and master bathroom/bedroom) renovations done through Talon Construction and cabinet work done through Cabinet Discounters through the Talon / Cabinet Discounters relationship. Without a doubt we recommend either organization for remodeling needs.”
