Our experience with CD in Annapolis was superior. The sales consultant was highly attentive to our wishes and contributed some great design ideas. There was no resistance to working with other suppliers for materials, fixtures, or electrical devices. We were impressed with the accuracy of the measurements for the many appliances and the willingness to make adaptations from standard practices. The cabinets and counters were installed on the projected dates by friendly and very helpful installers. Follow on service was excellent. Within a couple of weeks, on two occasions, a manufacturer’s minor fault in construction was repaired and replaced at no cost and with perfect satisfaction. Just a short note to tell you how pleased we are with the marvelous job Pam Lyons and her team did with our complete kitchen makeover! At Cabinet Discounters, the process of cabinet installation begins with you, our customer. We take your ideas and help you discover exactly which styles and functions you need for a beautiful and functional kitchen or bathroom.

Once we have helped you design the perfect cabinetry style and layout, the process of installation begins. The first step is preparation. At this point, we ask that our customers remove their personal items from their existing cabinets and provide our staff with access to the areas where your new cabinets will be installed.

After the area is clear and your personal items are removed, you can leave the rest to us. Our experienced installers will handle the removal of your old cabinetry and countertops. We will also prepare the area for installation. The preparation process includes the rough-in of electrical, plumbing and carpentry needs to ensure that everything will function properly and fit perfectly with your chosen design.

The next step is the most exciting. This is when we bring in your brand new cabinetry and begin the installation. Now is the time when you can see your dream kitchen or bathroom begin to take shape.

Finally, once your cabinets are hung, we finish the entire process by making the minor adjustments necessary to assure that your cabinets are perfectly hung. We also complete the final plumbing and electrical work and make any flooring adjustments that may be necessary.
