As the common saying goes, the kitchen is the heart of the home. But your master bathroom is where every day begins. And a cramped or failing bathroom space can change your mood every morning. If you’ve been struggling with a master bath that’s either out of date or just doesn’t fit your family anymore, then it may be time to consider a bathroom remodel. A local family found themselves in a similar situation, and they knew that something had to be done.
When they were finally ready to get started on their project, the family started asking around to people they knew who had undergone remodeling projects of their own. They received multiple recommendations, and also received quotes from several other companies. But in the end, they decided to go with Cabinet Discounters.
“We consulted family, friends and colleagues for advice, based on their experiences with previous projects. We obtained multiple quotes from other local remodelers, and ultimately decided to go with Cabinet Discounters.”
Their proximity to our Olney showroom was a big deciding factor in what made the family decide to work with us. However, they also had a willingness to support a local business during the pandemic. Additionally, they were very happy with their interactions with designer Dave Humerick, who was able to come up with a plan to work specifically within their space.
“Our decision was influenced by the location of the local showroom, our desire to support the local economy, and then ultimately based on our interaction with Dave and the feedback we received from our friends.”
Working along with Dave, the family selected Brighton Cabinetry with Neoga Ridge Raised door style and Maple Parchment color for their vanity. The vanity countertops, along with the shower bench and threshold, are done with Cambria Buckingham quartz. The bathroom floor tile is 12″ x 12″ Crafstman Wheat from Florida Tile. The shower floor tile is also from Florida Tile and is 2″ x 2″ mosaic. The shower wall tile is 9″ x 18″ Paramount Ultima, also from Florida Tile.
“Overall, we are extremely happy with the outcome, and would recommend Cabinet Discounters to our friends and family. This was a very well planned and executed project, and all of the tradesman and other personnel that we interacted with were extremely professional and respectful to us and our home.”
“Despite the challenges imposed by the COVID pandemic, everyone was very courteous and used appropriate safety measures to ensure we all remained safe. I look forward to working with the Cabinet Discounters team on future remodeling projects.”
