He asked me to take pictures of our current kitchen. At the first meeting, he was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. We spent some time together and he devised a plan. Next time we met, my husband joined me.
Ramsey asked many, many questions about our lifestyle, desires and what we felt would work for us. Next meeting he presented us with a new kitchen plan. We sat and discussed different options at length several times. He was very patient with us always making us feel like we were his only customers! We were never rushed or made to feel hurried. He took a lot of time with us showing us the different cabinets, floors, counter tops, etc. Ramsey even went with me to the tile place to help in the selection for the backsplash.” – customer
