The customers visited our Gaithersburg showroom, and met with designer Jim O’Neil. They were extremely happy with all of their experience not only with Jim, but with everyone else who worked on their project.
Specifically, the family was especially happy about working with Jim. They believe he went above and beyond in his interaction during these uncertain times.
“In our church we have been contacting each-other to check on health etc. We do that with assignments and as prompted by the Spirit. I was startled and pleased when Jim O’Neil called me a few days ago to do that same thing. I have never had a vendor do that. He is a friend.”
Working along with Jim, the customers selected Homecrest Cabinetry for their kitchen with Jordan Maple door style and French Vanilla Opaque color. The countertops are LG Viatera Minuet quartz.
