After the successful transformation of a bedroom to a study, the Odys turned once again to Cabinet Discounters designer Jim O’Neil in the Gaithersburg showroom. Jim worked with them to design and install a custom wall unit and bookshelves in a basement room, transforming the space into a welcoming, functional area for reading, relaxing and entertaining!

Bookshelves store and showcase the family’s home library and the new wall unit provides a focal point for the room’s rectangular shape and the perfect viewing spot for movies and TV shows.

Brighton Cabinets, maple wood species with Maple Autumn Haze finish and Valletta door style were used for this project. The counter top in the wet bar is Cambria Windermere quartz.
