When your kitchen is out-of-date, it can be quite frustrating. From the cabinets to the color, to the layout and ability to work in your kitchen, these factors can all contribute to a failing kitchen. A local family was in the same position, and was ready to change the heart of their home.
“Our home was just over 25 years old and our kitchen needed an update – in layout, functionality, cabinet style, and color. We plan to live here for at least 10 more years, but we always try to make sure our house is current with the market, just in case.” – customer
“Our neighbors remodeled their kitchen with Cabinet Discounters, and they had an outstanding experience and result.” – customer
Once inside our showroom, the family worked with designer Joe Inscoe. They were overjoyed with their experience, and also very impressed with Joe’s vast knowledge. Everyone else who worked on their project left a positive mark as well.
“We were very pleased with everyone at Cabinet Discounters. Joe Inscoe listened very well to what we wanted and created a design that exceeded our expectations. Everyone we worked with throughout the project was professional and did high-quality work, from the project planners and coordinators, to the carpenter (whose name was also Joe) to the electricians, plumbers and countertop team. Everyone paid a great deal of attention to detail, which made us feel confident the whole way.” – customer
Working along with Joe, the family selected Brighton Cabinetry for their kitchen with Verona door style. The perimeter cabinets have Maple Lace color and the island and wet bar area are Maple Slate. The countertops are Twin Arch Rapollo Gold quartz from Creative In Counters. The backsplash is Conestoga Lea “The Rock” 3″x6″ brick mosaic taupe, and the accent piece above the range is 12″x12″ from Bati Orient.
“We couldn’t be happier! I love working in my new kitchen! I have more work space, more storage and much more light – which is fantastic! I also like that we did invest the extra money to move the cooktop off the island and over to an interior wall. This gives me much more room to both prepare food and to serve food and beverages when entertaining. We also invested in redoing our old kitchen desk area into a small beverage center. Joe designed it to look like a piece of furniture that matches the cabinet color we used for the island. We have been very happy with that choice. It’s both functional and pretty, with glass-front cabinets over the counter. It’s a difficult decision to make, because the kitchen is the heart of your home. You want it to be welcoming, beautiful, and also easy to use every day. It is also a huge financial commitment. But Joe Inscoe and the Cabinet Discounters team made it seamless and we are very happy with the result!” – customer
