The customer decided to visit the Cabinet Discounters in Springfield because of its proximity to her home. Once inside the store, she met with designer Jenny Suarez. The relationship between Jenny and the customer was great, and Jenny was able to identify the wants and needs for the kitchen and come up with a plan that would work.
Working along with Jenny, the customer selected Brighton Cabinetry with Cascade door style for her kitchen. The perimeter cabinets are Maple Downy color and the island is Maple Legend. The island countertops are Caesarstone Fresh Concrete quartz, while the perimeter tops are Steel Gray Leathered granite.
This new kitchen has pretty much everything anyone would need from a fresh remodel. There is now a large island for congregating, sitting, relaxing, or food preparation. There is even enough room at the island that food can be cooked and people can be seated at the same time without interference.
The back wall of cabinetry has as much storage as could possibly be needed. The cooktop is recessed down into the granite countertop, leaving the entire length of counter the same height. The cabinetry has several attractive glass-front doors that allow for display of plates, dishes, and glasses all while being backlit. There’s room for a few cubbies for wine storage, a large pantry with roll-out drawers, and even room for the large warming hood range that the customer had wanted.
After the remodel, the kitchen is much more functional than before. Movement around the room is no longer confined to a smaller space, and cooking and entertaining are made much easier with so much room. Everything in this kitchen combines together to give it a beautiful new modern look!
