A Beautiful, Large New Kitchen For Endless Entertaining!

Working along with Mike, the customers selected Brighton Cabinetry with Wabash doors for their kitchen. The perimeter cabinets are Maple Landmark color, and the island cabinetry is Maple Zinc. The Maple Zinc finish is also used on a set of cabinet doors on the perimeter, as well as the display cabinet for glasses and the mini beverage refrigerator.

This new, expanded space has provided numerous opportunities for the family to host gatherings and entertain. Their large new space is being used exactly how they had envisioned.

“The large island is perfect for our family and the way we live. We love to have breakfast and read the paper at the island sitting on stools. The island is wide enough that I use the far end near the stove as my cooking prep space, leaving the rest of the island clear for entertaining or open for someone still sitting on the island reading or using their laptop. Many times my sons and friends have gathered around the island, eating pizza, drinking wine, and playing board games. We have music speakers in the kitchen/family room – and we crank up the tunes and have a great time! We have had many last minute neighborhood gatherings, and our new space if perfect. The beverage cabinet is all open and self-serve, and the island has so much storage that every serving plate for entertaining is within easy reach. I have also had many girls book club gatherings, celebrating birthdays and holidays. My new kitchen takes the stress out of entertaining – now it’s just all joy!” – customer
