A Message To Our Customers Regarding COVID-19

As COVID-19 concerns continue to evolve, we want you to know that keeping our employees, their families and our customers safe is our Number One priority.

Starting September 8, 2020, our revised store hours are Monday – Friday 9-5 and Saturday 9-3.

Our employees are ready to assist your design needs or to help you with your order. Should you have any questions about current or future orders, please call your local store and speak to a sales associate — they’re standing by to help.

Based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we’re increasing the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. We’re also stepping up our efforts to disinfect high-traffic and high-touch areas like door handles and bathrooms, as well as posting signage about handwashing and other preventative actions.

We’ve advised all delivery and our install associates to follow everyday preventive actions including washing hands often, disinfecting frequently touched objects, and carrying hand sanitizer.

We will continue to stay close to recommendations made by the Centers for Disease Control and adjust store hours of operation accordingly. As this situation unfolds, we will make regular updates to our website outlining possible impacts to our stores.
