A Pleasant Experience

I'm writing to tell you what a pleasure it has been to deal with your company in the recent purchase and installation of new kitchen cabinets.

From the first meeting to plan the design, until the final installation, it was done without a hitch! Scheduling was on time and done efficiently. Even the "destruction" of the old cabinetry was done cleanly and without any problems.

I love the maple cabinets and the planning of the space worked out perfectly. The plumber and the countertop (Corian) were also executed perfectly.

Just as We Had Imagined

As you know, Cabinet Discounters just finished the remodel of our kitchen and powder room. We cannot say enough about how very pleased we are with the outcome. It came together just as we had imagined. The cabinets are beautiful, flawless and really are the focal point of the whole kitchen. On a personal note, working with you has been one of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor. Your knowledge, support and advice actually made our planning process fairly easy. You were always around when we needed you, always answered our questions right away to OUR satisfaction and made the often times awkward task of being the "go between" among multiple parties seem so effortless.

Regarding the sub-contractors… they were always very professional and courteous. They respected every inch of our home; even areas where they were not actively working. They were very careful in their set-up and cleaned their work area thoroughly after the day's work was done. They had an attention to detail and worked hard to make sure everything was just right. I am a perfectionist and when looking at the way everything was installed, it was obvious, that the cabinet alignment, installation and finish work was of a superior quality. They both even helped us with some last minute decision-making. We truly trusted their recommendations. We found the other sub-contractors including the electricians and "tile" guy to exhibit a high quality standard in the work they performed. They also treated our home as if it were their own.

We really feel all the staff, and even the drivers that delivered the cabinets, to be a pleasure to work with. We must add that the hard wood floor company you recommended also met all our expectations. They completed their work on time and the floors look GREAT! We applaud Cabinet Discounters, for handling the unfortunate February roof cave-in as you did. You completely stood behind your product by remaking our cabinets and rescheduling our installation within a reasonable timeframe.

In closing, we would not hesitate to recommend Cabinet Discounters to other potential clients. We certainly will come to you as we continue to make improvements to our home. Thank you for a job well done and know that we are very happy Cabinet Discounters customers.

My wife and I want you to know just how happy we are with the results of our remodeled kitchen. The people in your company that helped plan, manage and install our kitchen exceeded every expectation and are deserving of special recognition. The design advice and planning were excellent, the quality of the workmanship was superb, the materials were top notch and our kitchen was completed exactly as designed, on time, at cost and without hassle. We couldn't have hoped for more.

We came to Cabinet Discounters looking for independent confirmation of decisions we had already made, alternatives for a few remaining design issues and increased confidence in our decision to sign a contract with the other company... One of your designers... listened to our problems, answered our questions, offered suggestions, showed us alternatives and in doing so, opened out eyes to the possibility that we might be able to get more for our money than the other design center had led us to believe... We kept going back to [him] because he always gave us answers that were clear, he took the time we needed to understand the available options and their implications and he made us feel confident about our decisions.

We signed the contract with Cabinet Discounters because we found superior quality in the materials proposed, better help in the design and decision process and because we had confidence. The fact that the estimate for the total job was 20 percent below the bid from the next best design center was an added bonus.

The bottom line is simple. We are ecstatic with our new kitchen. Your whole organization needs to be thanked. They are special people - skilled, knowledgeable, honest, dedicated and capable. Just a short note to tell you how pleased we are with the marvelous job Pam Lyons and her team did with our complete kitchen makeover! Jeff and I spent over a year and went through many design firms before selecting cabinet discounters and we must say, it was the best decision ever!

Our kitchen was completely gutted - we did an complete makeover to include wall removal, new applicances, countertops, floor, lighting, plumbing, and of course, cabinets! Pam designed a wonderful layout, helped us select our finishes, and the carpentry team of Loren and his son, the electricians, the countertop folks, the plumbers, and the outstanding tileman transformed our kitchen into our most favorite room in the house! I wish I could remember all their names, but let me tell you, each member of the team ran with their portion of the job and it was truly seamless!

Every schedule went like clockwork - the materials were delivered, installed, and you can tell by the finished product the dedication and engagement of the whole team! They went over and above the call of duty to really make the whole experience magical!
